Founded in 1985, American Reliance, Inc (AMREL) has a long relationship supplying the armed forces with rugged mobile computing solutions.  Our well known ROCKY Mission Critical rugged laptops, tablets, fixed on-board computers and PDAs are favored by warfighters for their ability to successfully complete missions under harsh battlefield conditions.

AMREL’s MIL-STD 810/461-certified customized platforms integrate third-party devices for OCU, communications, biometrics and other applications. Built into ROCKY computers, AMREL’s patent-pending Flexpedient® Solutions use swappable modules to enable unlimited applications on a single computer.

AMREL has built an international reputation for its single solution approach, which emphasizes warfighter customization, multisystem integration, enhanced interoperability and quick prototyping. Operating out of its 72,000 ft2 facility in El Monte, California, AMREL is expanding its offerings to include diagnostic medical equipment, renewable energy applications, and photovoltaics.
