How do I get an RMA number?

To get a RMA number, please contact Technical Support at (800) 882-6735, fill out our support form or email cdsupport@amrel.com.  Please provide the following information:

• Serial number of your AMREL product
• Description of your problem
• Your contact information

After you contact Technical Support, and provide them with the appropriate information, they will email you a RMA number. It is then your responsibility to ship your product with your RMA number to:

Important! You must list your RMA number on the shipping label!
